Shoplyfter – The Runaway – Penelope Kay

After getting caught shoplifting from a store, Penelope Kay is interrogated by the shop’s security officer, Marcus London. Through investigation, Marcus learns that Penelope has run away from home. Marcus strikes a deal with Penelope for her freedom without consequence.
